Gifts of Inclusion™

“Gifts of Inclusion” is a uniquely crafted communications pack to nudge participants to think, feel and act Inclusion. Through a series of artistically crafted animations, videos, playbooks and audio material, employees reflect upon various judgments, biases, differences, microaggressions and privileges that are experienced at the workplace.

A contemporary, vibrant and fully hand drawn design approach ensures engagement & enrollment. The communication packs have been created in collaboration with artists from underestimated groups.
